Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Honest Car Costs. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Honest Car Costs is operated by IVORA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17398932, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. What we sell
We sell the ebook Honest Car Costs as digital downloads (PDF files):

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout. Orders are processed by Gumroad, which handles payment and the collection and payment of sales tax and VAT. No physical product is shipped.
3. Placing an order
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email with your download link. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price is shown in error; if we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
4. Delivery
After payment, Gumroad shows your download on the confirmation page and sends you an email with access to the file. If the link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, contact hello@donnakessler.com.
5. Your right to cancel, and refunds
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once the download has been delivered.
At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to the download and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once delivery begins. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content; by giving that confirmation, you agree that this right ends once the download has been supplied.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty. If a file is damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we will replace it. If we can't fix the problem, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under consumer law.
6. What you may do with the book
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own use. You may:
- read it on your own devices;
- print or copy the forms in Volume 4 for your own personal use.
You may not resell, share, distribute, upload or republish the book or any part of it, including the forms, without our written permission. All rights in the book belong to IVORA LTD.
7. What the book is, and is not
The book is general consumer information. It is not legal, financial or mechanical advice and does not create any professional relationship. Prices in the book are published estimates from named, dated sources, not quotes. Laws, fees and prices change; the book tells you where to confirm them. Use your own judgement and, for a specific problem, consult a qualified professional.

8. Our liability
We take care to make the book accurate, and every source is listed with its date. However, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on general information in the book, or for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
